4. Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be cancelled before they enter the Processing stage.
- Once an order status changes to Processing, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are not permitted.
5. Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Blackpoint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners after dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Print defects
- Wrong size or incorrect product delivered by Blackpoint
To request a return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
After verification, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color preference
- Minor color variations due to screen/display settings
